Job Description

A leading global tech giant with presence over 5 continents, offers a wide range of services including tech strategic advisory, technical solutioning and delivery and managed services. The multi-national business is on a massive product iteration and business transformation - they are putting together a new go-to-market strategy with latest digital offerings. 
With an over 200M USD market value in HK, the branch is looking to set up their new management consulting stream, especially on cyber security side.
A high caliber principal level consultant is invited to join the team and work on client engagement and cyber securityadvisory over mainly financial service portfolios

Role Overview:
You will use your consulting skills to engage with business and IT leaders and assist them in making investment decisions that balance and prioritise current operational demands, disruptions and opportunities with the longer term strategic vision of the organisation and will need to deliver on the following:
You will link the business mission, vision, strategy, and processes of an organization to its IT security strategy, and documents this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organization will be met in an integrated, efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.

Align IT to the client’s business strategy
Use your understanding of the industry and the current state of technology and future industry trends to recommend solutions that will address the client’s business and cyber security requirements.

Create roadmap and business case
This employee will lead transformation consulting engagements to support the roadmap and business case development for transformational services and assist the client in architecting next generation cyber security framework including capabilities from a single or multiple business units.

Provide advice on change management strategies
We will need you to focus on influencing clients by identifying the business and IT buyer’s end-user and organisational adoption priorities to create the necessary solution design, organisational change requirements, and post-deployment adoption processes.

Practice management
We will need you to support the practice of consulting and cyber security in researching emerging methodologies and the best practices associated with them.

Act as mentor/coach
You will work and engage with other team members and act as advisor and decision maker in solution design situations. We will need this employee to provide coaching and mentoring to team members on cyber security enterprise architecture.


  • Degree or above in relevant majors, MBA would be a plus
  • Minimum 10 years working experience, 5 years+ in Cyber/IT Security field
  • Strong business sense and excellent communication, able to advise C-suits 
  • Capable to handle workshops, lead presentations and guide on deliverables
  • English, Cantonese a must, other language would be big plus
