About Our Client

Our client is a leading F&B chain with a strong presence in Hong Kong. Throughout the past decades, the group has developed a diverse product portfolio and an energetic, people-oriented culture. Due to company expansion, we are now hiring a Product Category Manager, F&B Projects to join the team.

Job Description

  • Manage the designated product category to assist with the company F&B projects
  • Work closely internal departments including Sourcing, Logistics and Production team to come up with the product development processes
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure effective product life cycle
  • Monitor and timeline, cost and efficiency of the F&B product development projects
  • Assist with any ad hoc duties as assigned

The successful applicant

  • Diploma or Degree in Food Science or any related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of solid experience in F&B industry
  • Solid R&D/ project management experience in food industry
  • Proficient written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Strong computer skills
  • Being able to handle fast moving environment and can work independently
