Job Description


  • To handle banking product/service enquiries
  • To generate new leads, customer service/sales activity especially deposit service, vehicle loyalty program and TVLP extensions
  • To support, administrate, communicate and coordinate with other departments


  • Degree in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years relevant experience with sales or customer service of banking products
  • Knowledge in banking systems and CRM
  • Good written and verbal communication, interpersonal, team work, customer service skills and self-discipline
  • Basic designing skills, innovative and self-driven are preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Office application
