Job Description

 Purpose of the Job:

  • Manage Global Production Mix Report
  • Manage pre-buy activities in SAP
  • Closely communicate with all parties to ensure business’ KPI are met
  • Manage and work closely with related parties on the ordering status of NPI/Critical Products
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to facilities decision making of management

Key Area of Responsibility

  • Manage and create monthly Global Production Mix Report to reflects performance of the business.
  • Prepare different weekly and monthly reports to support the needs of various team & management.
  • Prepare reports to track the performance of suppliers and business units.
  • Co-ordinate with development team, regional partner and vendors to ensure a smooth production on NPI/Critical Products.
  • Support ad-hoc projects / analysis and information enquiries.
  • Perform seasonal MDM setup and make necessary adjustment in SAPs prior to order placement so as support a smooth and effective buying process
  • Closely co-ordinate with vendors to ensure all business requests can be accommodated.
  • Buy placement to vendors and follow up with related parties (both internal and external) to ensure buy acceptance meeting business’ KPI

Major Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or above holder in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience in planning, with ideally some exposure to manufacturing and/or consumer goods such as footwear, clothing, bags
  • Exceptionally logical, dedicated to details and passionate about accuracy.
  • Proactive, solution driven and self-motivated. Ability to identify problems, demonstrate use of initiative and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Excellent analytical & presentation skills – experience in analyzing large amount of data is highly preferable.
  • High adaptability and ability to work in cross functional capacity.
  • Ability to work under pressure with tight timeline
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office applications (Knowledge in MS Access is a plus)
  • Excellent Chinese / English written and Verbal communication
