The postholder is responsible to the Dean of Theatre and Entertainment Arts through the Executive Officer. He/She is required to assist with administrative
work associated with operation of the academic programmes of the School of Theatre and Entertainment Arts; and to provide clerical/secretarial support to the School.
Applicants should have:
(a) At least 5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in the HKCEE/HKDSEE, including English Language (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language;
(b) Good computer keyboard skills and knowledge of MS Word, MS EXCEL, MS Access and Chinese word-processing;
(c) Good organisational and interpersonal skill;
(d) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; and
(e) Ability to perform multi-tasks and work independently.
Those who do not have 5 passes in HKCEE/HKDSEE need not apply.
TERMS OF APPOINTMENT
Appointment will be made on a two-year contract, with possibility of renewal, subject to mutual agreement. A gratuity payment equal up to 10% of basic salary
earned during the contract period will be payable upon satisfactory completion of contract. Fringe benefits include leave, medical and dental benefits. Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
