Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop suitable programme partners
  • Handle programme grants making and management including funding applications appraisal and administration
  • Implement project monitoring and evaluation to ensure the programmes are effective in terms of quality, impact, cost-efficiency and accountability
  • Enhance programme learning and organise capacity building activities for programme partners and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with partners and other key stakeholders working on HK poverty issues


Requirements:

  • Degree holder, with at least 5 years’ working experience in social services or NGO sector
  • Good knowledge on social policies, poverty issues and grants management
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, analytical, writing and communications skills
  • Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
  • Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is highly desirable

 

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the post of Assistant Programme Officer
