Job Description

Your Next Challenge

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support for a major project within a large design office, including assisting the project team with their document control. This will include,

  • Handle day-to-day correspondence, documents and drawings including upload and download from project information exchange platform

  • Maintain an effective filing system including registering and retrieving of incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier

  • Coordinating and setting up project meetings and appointments

  • Typing and formatting of project correspondence and documents

  • Foster Office tidiness/cleanliness

  • Coordinating meetings & diary management for senior management as agreed. Develop a yearly schedule for all meetings and events

  • New Starter logistic such as sitting plan, laptop requisition, basic stationeries, etc.

  • Other duties as directed by Sector Lead

What You'll Need

  • Higher Diploma or equivalent
  • Around 2 years of relevant experience

  • Meticulous, systematic and reliable, with a good attention to detail

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel

  • Experienced with electronic and/or web-based document control system would be an advantage

  • Experience in quality assurance procedures would be an advantage

  • Willingness to learn and cooperate with others

  • Good spoken English and Cantonese
