Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support for a major project within a large design office, including assisting the project team with their document control. This will include,
Handle day-to-day correspondence, documents and drawings including upload and download from project information exchange platform
Maintain an effective filing system including registering and retrieving of incoming and outgoing documents and correspondence
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier
Coordinating and setting up project meetings and appointments
Typing and formatting of project correspondence and documents
Foster Office tidiness/cleanliness
Coordinating meetings & diary management for senior management as agreed. Develop a yearly schedule for all meetings and events
New Starter logistic such as sitting plan, laptop requisition, basic stationeries, etc.
Other duties as directed by Sector Lead
What You'll Need
Around 2 years of relevant experience
Meticulous, systematic and reliable, with a good attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of MS Office Outlook, Word and Excel
Experienced with electronic and/or web-based document control system would be an advantage
Experience in quality assurance procedures would be an advantage
Willingness to learn and cooperate with others
Good spoken English and Cantonese
