Our client is a leading electrical and mechanical engineering company. With 40 years of experience, they are involved in a great amount of projects and provided professional building services in Hong Kong. They are seeking for an experienced Project Administrator/ Secretary who has solid administration and secretarial support experience within construction and engineering sectors.

Main responsibilities

Directly reporting to the Department Secretary, you will be working with 4 to 5 admin officers in a energetic and young team, also you will be responsible to:


  • Perform full spectrum of administrative duties including, documentations, maintaining filing system, and logistical arrangement etc.
  • Assist on preparation of project proposals and tenders
  • Arrange travel and accommodation, scheduling meetings and calendar management for Department Head and Senior Executives
  • Prepare monthly reports and expense claims
  • Assist on handling clients' enquiries for projects and general incoming enquiries



Skills & Requirements required


  • Diploma or above
  • Knowledge & Experience of tendering process, site office administration, project management would be advantageous
  • 5 years of relevant working experience, background in construction or engineering is highly preferable
  • Good communication skill in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good interpersonal skills, organisational skills and able to work indepently
  • Proficiency to all MS Office applications, and chinese word processing
