Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent provides support to Special Events team for fundraising events.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Assist in monitoring, planning and developing social media content relevant to Orbis fundraising campaigns
  2. Identify and solicit e-commerce channels for charity sales
  3. Support the execution of fundraising campaigns including report compilation, telemarketing, etc.
  4. Create and adapt graphics, photos, imagery, video and copy for marketing purpose
  5. Perform market analysis and research on the latest trends of fundraising campaigns
  6. Assist daily administrative duties

 QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Undergraduate/graduate student majoring in Global Business, Business Management, Business Administration, Digital Marketing/ Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or related field

 KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Attention to detail and able to perform multitask in fast-paced environment and work under pressure
  • Knowledge in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
  • Proficiency in Chinese and English
  • A self-starter with can-do attitude and flexible to change
