Job Description

Currently, we are seeking Project Coordinator for our supportive Project (Interior Fitting Out) team which delivers exciting projects to world-known high end luxury brands. 

The position will assist project team for all project related activities. Liaise with suppliers and contractors for site works and delivery matters. Monitor site conditions and progress to the required standard.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure site progress as per agreed working program.
  • Organise project documents such as quotations, P.R. drawing revision copies for approval and arrange sample submission as assigned.
  • Review with draftsmen and designers on updated site issues.
  • Respond to client’s or consultant’s queries. Accompany clients for site inspection. Handle landlord’s request on various site management issues.
  • Negotiating with suppliers and contractors on arguable matters.
  • Monitor site conditions in a neat, secured and safety manner.
  • Provide soonest solutions to any problems happened on site.  Advise and direct workers on technical issues.
  • Inspect work quality of fixtures and furniture during WIP.
  • Supervise on storage of samples, materials and tools on site.
  • Recording all requested alterations and compile VO items throughout the whole process.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 2-3 Years of working experience in interior fitting out, preferable experience in luxury brand is preferred.
  • Experience in handling workers, contractors, landlords, suppliers and inspectors good to have.
  • Experience in handling technical and management problems
  • Experience in site safety matters.
  • Good knowledge in building services
  • Good spoken and written English, Cantonese, and good to have Mandarin
  • Computer skills such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, MS project, and basic image editor preferably
