Project Coordinator


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with the Senior Facilities Manager / Project Manager to ensure minor project works are delivered on plan and with minimal disruption to client’s staff
  • Daytoday oversight of project delivery and development, including maintenance and updating of IFM-Project interaction “runbooks” to ensure all FM enabling works on track and key deliverables are communicated and managed
  • Anticipate the risks and plan risk responses to ensure minimum impact on schedule, cost and resources. This is crucial considering restricted working hours to carry out the work
  • Involved in the management of a property risk management program which identifies major property risks including occupational health and safety, fire safety and essential services and environmental
  • Liaison with all internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory compliance
  • Liaison with relevant infrastructure departments to ensure preparation / readiness to enable works
  • Site inspections including defect walks, collation, issuance and tracking close out
  • Focus on Continuous Improvement of the Project Co-ordination process. Assist and monitor building procedures and performance measures to ensure simplification and accuracy of work methods and reliability of systems
  • Ensure consistency of regional policies & procedures with constant updating of as require
  • Performs other duties as required


  • Tertiary education in Project, Facilities, Building, Mechanical, Electrical Services Management or related disciplines
  • 1 year practical experience in day-to-day operation, repair and maintenance, particularly incommercial office and retail premises
  • Experience of interaction with Projects delivery of various sizes (including Moves & Change).
  • Related experience in banking industry is preferable
  • Knowledge in site co-ordination and vendor management
  • A good team player with good organizational, communication and client management skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese
  • Good PC literacy and able to manage daily activities using various systems
