Job Description

Our client, a Hong Kong's cultural authority is now looking for a project coordinator to support their team which in charge of School Artistic Program. Experienced candidate are welcomed with attractive salary.



  • providing clerical and administrative support to assist in recruiting schools and handling enquiries;
  • managing the production and delivery of the school and community workshops, such as preparing workshop rundown, sourcing equipment and materials, liaising with participating creative practitioners, managing frontline staff, coordinating with the school and community representatives and other parties;
  • managing the logistic and transportation arrangement for school and community visits, such as coordinating with truck drivers, cleaning companies, generator supplier and related parties;
  • coordinating and developing the content of the orientation sessions for teachers, and mediation and safety training for frontline staff;
  • working with creative practitioners and M+ Learning and Interpretation team to envision the mobile exhibitions and workshops;
  • assisting in research, content development and production of museum’s learning resources; and
  • performing other related duties to ensure smooth running of the school programmes.

The candidate is expected to work closely with the Learning and Interpretation team in the office, various schools and community spaces. He/She is required to work on pilot programmes, scheduled school visits and community activities occasionally on Saturdays and Sundays, if necessary.



  • possess a recognised university degree, preferably in Fine Arts, Art Education or equivalent;
  • have 3 – 4 years of relevant work experience; relevant experience in coordinating artistic projects is preferred; experience in working with primary school students is a plus;
  • have experience in working cooperatively with creative practitioners with a good understanding on their artistic practices;
  • possess strong administrative and project coordination skills;
  • be self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment;
  • be highly-organised and detail-oriented; and
  • have good oral and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
