Job Description


  • Assist in project planning, works coordination and other ad-hoc related duties Coordinate project schedules, resources, equipment and information
  • Coordinate and participate inspection with consultants when required
  • Liaise, discuss and negotiate effectively with suppliers and subcontractors in relation to project deliverables
  • Able to handle document submission and correspondences
  • Attend site visits and site meetings


  • Higher Certificate or Higher Diploma in Building Studies or equivalent;
  • Preference to relevant work experience
  • Proficiency in written & spoken English & Cantonese
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
