˙ Assist to prepare quotations and other marketing research duties in order to assist the team to emphasis the marketing proposal performance
˙ Liaise with sale departments to establish schedules leading up to auction deadlines by managing marketing and catalogue production, advertising, and event calendars
˙ Co-ordinating with in-house designers and technicians for the arrangements of the events
˙ Liaise with external clients and vendors to plan and execute third party events in Greater-Bay-Area (GBA)
˙ Research new suitable publications for specific campaigns to broaden target audience and brand awareness.
˙ Prepare and present post event report
˙ Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
˙ Bachelor’s degree in Event, Marketing, Communication, PR or related field.
˙ At least 2-3 years solid experience in B2B event marketing
˙ Excellent organizational and project management skills
˙ Knowledge and understanding of event budgets
˙ Strong attention to detail
˙ Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
˙ Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
˙ Capable of writing reports, procedures and business correspondence
˙ Design savvy: experience with Adobe Illustrator, In-design, and Photoshop
˙ Software experience including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
˙ Proficiency with the Website Content Manage
˙ Fluent English and Chinese spoken and written language essential
˙ Able to work independently as well as in a team
˙ Business Trip to GBA may be required
