Job Description

This is a great opportunity to join one of the oldest and most established charities in Hong Kong. They are currently looking for an Project Coordinator to join the PMO team. Candidates must have some IT project coordination experience. Candidates should also have a desire to pursue a career in PMO. Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese is a must.

Client Details

Our client is one of the Hong Kong's oldest charities and non-profit organisation. As one of the largest charities, it has contributed over 10% of Hong Kong's tax revenue over the past few years. The organisation is also one of the largest employers locally, totalling 23,000 full time and part time staff.

With the revamp on their internal enterprise systems, they are looking for a Project Coordinator with excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English to assist in the PMO team.



  • Administrative support to Project Managers, PMOs, Programme Managers
  • Manage all project assets and stocks
  • Coordinate all meetings/interview for the team
  • Financial budgeting for projects
  • General project support



  • Degree holder in Information Technology, Information Management or any related degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination
  • Experienced in using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication skills in Cantonese and English
  • Sensitivity to numbers and analytic skills is a must
  • Presentable and articulate candidates are highly preferred
