Job Description

Project Coordinator / Marketing Executive – Branding, Content Marketing & Social Media

Specialized in branding consultancy, content marketing and social media, our company is looking for a motivated and responsible Project Coordinator/ Marketing Executive to administer and organize all types of projects, from marketing and event campaigns to rebranding projects, for F&B outlets to large corporates.

The Project Coordinator/ Marketing Executive responsibilities include working closely with our Project Director to creating strategies, generate ideas, plan and prepare client proposals and comprehensive execution. You will also perform various coordinating and administrative duties, as well as business planning and research tasks. To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management, multitasking ability, and communication skills, as you’ll work close with clients and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines. 

Project Coordinator/ Marketing Executive Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets and expenditures
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings (internal & external)
  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings
  • Prepare necessary documents/ presentation materials for meetings
  • Research, write and draft proposals, presentations, minutes…etc
  • Undertaking project and administrative tasks as needed 
  • Developing project, business and marketing strategies
  • Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable
  • Work closely and manage other teams to coordinate project tasks
  • Collect and consolidate materials and works from different teams 
  • Create a project management calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective, ensuring deadlines are met
  • Involve in client-facing and managing client accounts

Project Coordinator/ Marketing Executive Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or F&B related field of study
  • 2+ years working experience in related field
  • Fast learner with high level of attention to detail and good time-management 
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team, against tight deadlines and under pressure
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin 
  • Competency in computer & office skills 
  • Immediate availability is preferable
