Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage large scale of relocation projects from assist in procurement process of vendor sourcing & selection, pricing & services benchmarking, market research, preparation of tender/RFI/RFP documents, follow up with vendors on the tender submission.
  • Develop project planning, project scope, specifications, deliverables, budget, project timelines, milestones and resources required
  • Solid technical knowledge and ability to define and refine requirements through a project lifecycle            
  • Monitor the work progress, work quality, performance tracking, conduct regular review to strive for continuous improvement and ensure project completed aligned with the plan.
  • Liaise with all relevant parties in relation to project deliverables
  • Identify and manage project changes/discrepancies and interventions for quality assurance. 
  • Report on project progress and financial performance in a timely manner
  • Experience in procuring and managing consultants, contract administration of large-scale projects, as well as supervision of minor works contracts, term contracts, and/or facility management;
  • Prepare budget & forecast and control costs & schedule to achieve the targeted profit and minimize project cost

 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Manager, Project Management, Building Survey, Procurement or other related disciplines
  • 4 – 6 years of relevant hands-on experience in all aspects in supervision and management of renovation and relocation projects, preferably gained from logistics industry or large MNCs
  • Able to handle multiple tasks under pressure, tight schedule and work independently with consultants, contractors and suppliers
  • Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in MS Project, Photoshop or Autocad will be advantage
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
