Job Description
  • Responsibilities:
  • Applying defined project management approach and methodology to ensure projects are delivered in a cohesive and consistency way
  • Managing project risks, including the development of contingency plans
  • Monitoring overall progress and use of resources assigned to the project
  • Prepare QA plan and assist with QA testing to safeguard the system integrity and quality for all  company developed systems
  • Deliver systems/projects successfully and ensure products meet all business needs as per specified in the client signed off documents
  • Ensure projects are completed within budget and scheduled timeline
  • Conduct meetings with clients to collect business requirements and provide consultation for CRM and loyalty systems requests
  • Monitor and manage System development process among internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of a cohesive, quality product


  • Degree in Sciences, Information Technology or Software Engineering or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years relevant working experience as Project Manager leading/managing web-based application design, quality testing and UAT on software application development
  • Professional qualification in project management (i.e. PMP, Prince2) is a must
  • SQL server and Business Intelligence experience is preferred
  • Experience in CRM project in hospitality, retail or airline industry is critical
  • Experience in an Agency environment will be highly regarded
  • Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and practice of proper documentation
  • Good in problem solving and analytical skills
  • Able to translate complex concepts into clear and precise written document
  • Willing to take initiative and work independently
  • Attention to details, intuitive and able to deliver accurate results
  • Good communication and language skills in both English and Chinese
