Job Description

Project manager (Architect) is responsible for planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Client Details

My client is a reputable insitution in Hong Kong, with a huge success in their development, they are looking for a Project Manager to join them.


  • Working on planning, project budget, programme and design quality through design co-ordination, cost control, construction supervision and contract administration
  • Progress, quality and budgetary control
  • Handle capital works project, A&A and renovation with consultant team. Advise on tender specifications and monitor the project progress and payments
  • Liaise and collaborate with government authorities, consultants, contractors and internal departments
  • Recommend innovative & sustainable technologies for the facilities with sound application in the property portfolio


  • Degree holders in Architectural or related disciplines
  • Residential project experience would be an advantage
  • More than 5 years' project management experience in overseeing large-scale development
  • Good communication skill and excellent command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
