Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for site surveying & coordination and supervision of sub-contractors for renovation and fitting out works
  • Coordinating by communicating project objectives, contract scope, terms and schedule
  • Assisting in budget preparation, negotiations, monitor schedules for various projects
  • Assisting in creating a schedule of all phases of the project
  • Handling full set of construction drawings and documentation
  • Visiting the factory for coordination, design and quality review occasionally
  • Ad-hoc duties assigned by Design Director

 

Requirement:

  • Diploma/Certificate in Design / Building or similar
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management
  • Experience in design & build fit out work
  • Well organized and possess good time management skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Cantonese and English language skills
  • Strong team working spirit
  • Highly motivated and driven
  • Able to work under tight schedule and willing to work overtime
