Job Description
Responsibilities:
Build business case for M&A investment projects, including but not limited to research, evaluation, analysis and financial estimation;
Perform due diligence works on potential M&A Investments;
Analyze investment opportunities and prepare investment (or acquisition) proposal
Participate in ad hoc projects & corporate finance exercises and coordinate with all relevant professional parties in relation to the assigned projects or M&A transactions
Perform various analyses in making investment decisions, including building and reviewing financial models
Evaluate possible risks and formulate countermeasures
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years of experience in M&A investment or at professional consultancies;
Professional qualifications like CFA, CPA, ACCA is an advantage although not a must;
Over 70% travel to PRC required
Solid knowledge and understanding of PRC investment market and familiar with PRC financial compliance, regulations and rules
Solid understanding of company acquisitions strategies, merger processes and due diligence;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is
a must;
Proactive, meticulous with good analytical and organizational skills, good presentation and good communication skills
Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
