Contract to a government department to provide LeaveHomeSafe support.
Manage and supervise operation team to provide 7 x 24 helpdesk support and operation service of LeaveHomeSafe mobile app and related system including the thematic LeaveHomeSafe website;
Report daily statistics; and
Review complaints/enquiries and replies.
Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
Minimum 8 years of IT working experience;
Minimum 2 years experiences as Project Manager or similar capacity;
Sound experience in IT service centre;
Ample managerial experience in working with multiple operational teams;
Self-motivated and able to work independently;
Knowledge of web and mobile app technologies is preferable;
Good communication and interpersonal skills with good command in Chinese and English including oral and writing; and
Non-office hour work, including urgent incident management, problem management, may be required.
