Job Summary

* Project management role with client facing and internal responsibilities
* A team of clinical researchers will be localising our Artificial Intelligence products, adapting UK features - symptom checker and health assessment - for the Hong Kong (HK) market
* A project manager is needed to co-ordinate the work of this team in order to stick to delivery timelines
* In addition, the project manager will be involved with regular project status update meetings - both internal to the company and client facing. The local Clinical AI project manager will also be asked to attend project status meetings in person at the client's offices on occasion and to direct any client communications, queries and escalations to the relevant member(s) of the team outside of UK office hours


Responsibilities

* Use JIRA ticketing system for organising clinical AI team work
* Identify blockers to team's progress and devise solutions, with assistance of UK team, in removing these
* Assist UK epidemiology team in sourcing accurate HK data on disease incidence, risk factor prevalence
* Help HK team source permissions to use clinically validated mental health questionnaires in localised languages
* Track HK team progress in verifying translations of UK copy into English appropriate to HK population
* Assist with organising testing of medical accuracy of localised products
* Liaise closely with UK clinical AI leads and project management throughout to track progress, report problems and highlight uncertainties
* Regular calls with UK team as needed
* Attend project status meetings (internal to the company and those with customers)
* Direct all customer communications to relevant teams during local working hours


Requirements

* Experience in managing workstreams and tracking project progress
* Experience in managing client interactions for software or service providers
* Good software skills
* Desirable: interest in AI, epidemiology or statistics, experience in health tech sector, some understanding of medical concepts
* Undergraduate degree, ideally in subject related to medical sciences
