Job Description


  • Work with team members to deliver projects on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.
  • Operate effectively in various environment by managing internal expectations as well as balancing business objectives with client goals.
  • Serve as project manager for overall project delivery (cost, schedule, scope, quality and contracts) and ensure project delivery for a variety of hardware, software and professional service projects and technical interface with clients, commercial teams and provide direction to the engineering and product management teams. Coordinate activities among with engineers in other disciplines (environmental, electrical, and software).
  • Convey project results and findings to clients by means of oral discussions, presentations and written project documentation.
  • Perform field supervision including, inspection, report and co-ordinate with stakeholders deploy, execute, commissioning the project multi-tasks.


  • University degree with major in engineering, water and wastewater, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in working with contracting companies or consultant firm at planning and operation levels, managing suppliers and sub-contractors preferred.
  • Hand-on skills in dealing with water industry infrastructure and equipment.
  • Organized, disciplined and focused approach to project management.
  • High emotional intelligence, with enthusiastic and innovative mindset to solve solutions and have an impact on client projects and team collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills to express complex ideas to professionally diverse audiences. Passion for Client Success and team impact.
  • Strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with local Government regulations and job experience in public works projects for local Government a plus.
  • Driving License Class 1 preferred.
