Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the designated group office functions as a business partner and provide advice on the financial, business and/or technical implications 
  • Assist client's stakeholders in driving and monitoring project progress, identifying risks and mitigation solutions as well as taking early action to resolve issues and address potential impacts
  • Ensure business requirement, testing result, risks & issues are documented 
  • Manage communication between stakeholders, end users and external vendors

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science or related disciplines  
  • PMP/PMI qualification is preferred 
  • Minimum 8 years practical experience involving in system implementation projects with at least 4 years in PM/BA role
  • Sound knowledge and experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Exposure in insurance/financial services industry preferred, especially with Finance projects experience
  • Strong project management and analytics skills and numeric senses
  • Attention to detail, deadline-oriented with multi-tasking capability
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Immediately available is preferred
