Job Description

Job Requirement:

  • Manage project activities to ensure delivery within Health & Employee Benefits space
  • Be responsible of timeline, cost and quality of the delivery
  • Implement changes in back-office operations, customer hotline, front-end channels, claims and other related areas
  • Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan
  • Communicate to status updates, risk/issues and progress of assigned efficiency initiatives to project stakeholders
  • Other tasks or duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Degree qualified, preferably in Business, Finance, IT/Engineering or related disciplines
  • Over 5 years of management/consulting experience in Operations Development, Business Process Management, Change Management and/or Management Consulting; with at least 2 years as a project manager or equivalent capacity
  • Experience with Insurance is highly preferred particularly in Health space but not mandatory
  • Strong change management and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills and mindset
  • Excellent spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese speaking)
