Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of business cases for strategic or significant projects
  • Coordinate with various business units/functions and vendors to execute projects/initiatives for improvement in systems, products, services, process efficiency and control
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders.
  • Create detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Report status of project to management regularly
  • Identify project risks/issues and design mitigation/resolution plan.

Key Requirements:

  • University graduate in related disciplines or other relevant qualifications
  • 6+ years in insurance / financial industry with 4+ years of solid experience in project management, system implementation or business transformation
  • Good inter-personal skills and communication techniques
  • Good analytical skills, problem solving skills, planning ability, and managerial competence
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English
  • Good PC skills
