Our client:

A leading IT vendor for Document Management Solution. They are now looking for a Manager, Professional Service to define best practice of project operation and delivery, acting as Project Manager for internal digital projects. Candidate with project management experience in SI is preferred.

Your role:

• Develop and introduce best practice project delivery approach
• Project planning and handling multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget.
• Maintain good relationship with internal and external parties as well as different service provider or sub-contractors.
• Ability to ask penetrating questions, detect unstated assumptions, problem solving and resolve conflicts.
• Optimize project deliverables, schedule under project scope, and manage customer expectation.
• Managed administrative processes and analysis.

Requirements:

• University degree or above, in Telecommunication / Business Management / Operation is highly preferred
• Holder of ICT related certificate / CCNA / ITIL / PMP / Princes II is a plus
• 5 years of experience in project engineer or project manager.
• Knowledge in IT or Telecom sector would be a plus.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and details oriented.
• Excellent written and communication skills. Good command in English. Mandarin is a plus.
