Job Description

  • Bachelor degree holder in Property Management, Building Services Engineering and Management, Building Surveying, Construction Management or related disciplines
  • Member or HKIA / RICS / HKIS / CIOB or equivalent
  • Planning, execution and construction supervision of comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong or PRC
  • Progress, quality and budgetary control; liaising and collaborating with government authorities, consultants, contractors as well as internal departments
  • Possess 10 to 15 years' project management and architectural supervisory experience in residential, commercial and retail projects, preferably with developers, consultancy firm or main contractors
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills;
  • Good analytical and strong problem solving skills;
  • Solid report writing and presentation skills in both English and Chinese;
  • Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Travel travel to PRC as required
  • Candidate with more experience could apply for the post of Senior Project Manager (Property Management)
