ALUMNI AFFAIRS AND DEVELOPMENT OFFICE
Project Officer (Ref. 19081315)
[Appointment period: five months]
The appointee will be required to:
(a) plan and organize fundraising programmes, ceremonies/activities to engage/recognise donors/alumni;
(b) prepare promotional collateral and publications;
(c) provide administrative support to committees, working groups and related activities; and
(d) perform any other duties as assigned by the Director of the Office and/or her designates from time to time.
The appointee may be required to work outside normal office hours for attending meetings and/or participating in fundraising events/activities occasionally.
(a) have a recognised degree;
(b) possess at least five years’ post-qualification working experience in related areas of work, with experience in event management, communications, marketing and/or fundraising being an advantage;
(c) have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
(d) possess good communication skills;
(e) be a good team player; and
(f) have strong initiative and ability to complete tasks independently.
Preference will be given to those with fundraising experience gained in tertiary institutions. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to sit for a written test.
