Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the operation & monitor the progress of project to ensure allocation of project resources are fully utilized in order to deliver against agreed project schedule
  • Provide training and coaching support to team member to ensure timely and quality service provided to support client’s events and operations
  • Monitor the performance of associate allocated to the project and develop database to track performance regularly
  • Set up roster for associate and conduct orientation/debriefing when required
  • Coordinate with clients for the projects follow-up
  • Assist Project in-charge to prepare quotation, presentation materials, documents, data entry on regular basis by using the company systems
  • Other tasks assign by project lead
  • Maintain good relationship with customer
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects when needed


  • At least 4 year working experiences, preferably in retail operation/project/event management
  • Detail and strategic minded
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiar with other HRIS is an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
