Job Description

Our TWO clients are Top Urgently looking for suitable candidate

Property Clerk, Kwai Hing (Salary : 14-15K)

  • Form 5 or above
  • Responsible for handling general rental paperwork including property leasing and management
  • updating and follow-up customer information, preparing leases
  • Follow up on matters relating to tenants, answering enquirers about rental enquiries and requiring field work 

Leasing Officer, Mong Kok (Salary : 10-12K + Commission)

 Responsibilities:

  •  Handle retail leasing activities including cold calling / business development, lease
  • negotiation, tenancy administration, lease enquirers
  • Handle leasing matters of premises
  • Perform ad-hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • Preferable with relevant experience in leasing.
  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is an
  • advantage, but not essential.
  • Good PC skills
  • Ability to solve problem.
  • Holder of EAA Licence
