Job Description

The Department
Our Property Department is committed to providing integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.

The Job
You will:

  • assist in conducting site appraisal, design feasibility and programme planning for the Club’s new development and existing properties in Hong Kong and China
  • coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to undertake property projects and club expansion projects from inception to handover stage
  • assist in preparation of design brief, tender document and for recruitment of consultant team to undertake planning, feasibility studies and design works
  • manage design consultants’ performance and ensure deliverables are on time to meet progress throughout the project, including internal approvals
  • assist to ensure all designs are fully compliant with all statutory departments
  • coordinate with internal stakeholders on the communication and marketing materials

About You
You should have:

  • a degree in Building Studies, Architecture or a design related discipline
  • Member of HKIA or other equivalent professional bodies with a minimum of 8 years of working experience of which at least 3 years in design and project management.  Prior working experience with developers/ in Commercial, Hospitality, or Retail will be an advantage
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • conversant in both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • hands-on experience in using MS Office applications and Photoshop

Terms of Employment
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualification and experience. A contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Contract renewal will be subject to mutual agreement between the Club and the individual.
