Job Description

What will you do?

  • Being the Site In-charge, this role will lead a team of general & technical staff to provide quality services in a landmark residential property which consists of a sizable clubhouse
  • Oversee daily operation management and ensure compliance of company policies and guidelines
  • Manage & liaise with internal and external parties to provide smooth operation in daily management
  • Prepare financial and relevant reports & projects for running management functions, and ensure it is in line with annual budgets
  • Manage good relationship with residents, communicate and handle enquiries & requests in a professional manner
  • Coordinate with Technical department to deliver property repair, maintenance & improvement services which meet company standards
  • Manage the performance of contractors to provide quality security & cleaning services
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned

Do you have a right profile?

  • Holder of Degree or Diploma in Property Management or related discipline
  • Member of HKIS/RICS in the Property & Facility Management Division or Member of CIH/HKIH/HMRB, etc.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experiences in which 3 years should be at managerial level
  • Mature, presentable, independent and excellent communication skills with customers and external parties
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese, good command of Putonghua is preferred
