Job Description


  • Assist to oversee and handle day-today property management functions
  • Provide value-added property management services and maintain excellent relations with residents including enquiries, requests and complaints
  • Interface with all relevant parties including external contractors to provide comprehensive service to residents
  • Handle emergency incidents related to the building


  • Degree in Property Management and related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' solid experience in property management, preferable with experience in management of luxurious residential development
  • Well versed in DMC, Building Management Ordinance, especially in relating to the structure of the organization of Owners Incorporation
  • Able to work independently under pressure
  • Customer-oriented and good communication skills
