Job Description

Our Property Development Department is now inviting high calibre persons to apply for this position.

The Property Development Department commits to provide development management and project management services within the Group. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:

 

Responsibilities

  • Advise and recommend on acquisition, disposal, reinvestment and utilization of real estate assets and investment properties
  • Be responsible for planning and management of land and property with redevelopment potential under site acquisition process
  • Keep track on the market trends and developments in the real estate industry on general investment trends; liaise with Agents for any potential acquisition opportunities and market values of properties
  • Identify potential targets for acquisition and re-development
  • Present the development strategy and decision making
  • Monitor property selling & promoting, sales launch, customer services and related documentation works

 

Requirements

  • Degree in surveying/real estate with solid real estate and asset management experience
  • Minimum 5-8 years’ post qualification (MRICS/MHKIS) experience and track records of investment and asset value enhancement from property developers
  • Proactive, customer-oriented and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills and numerical sense
  • Presentable and possess good negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent market sense and understanding of property market in Hong Kong
  • Good command both in English and Cantonese
