Job Description

  • Degree in Property / Facilities Management or related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years at managerial level
  • Member of RPHM, CIH or HKIH preferred
  • Conversant with BMO, DMC and related ordinances
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Strong leadership, with good communication and interpersonal skills

Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Property Manager
