Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree not a must, but preferred
  • Previous experience as assistant or internship is preferable
  • Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, creative, and proactive
  • Competent with computer skills in using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good communication of English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing events with vendors and strategic partners
  • Provide administrative support to Marketing Managers
  • Provide administrative support to other business units of the company
  • Assist in the preparation of promotion materials
  • Support in conducting marketing research
