Job Description

QA/ Testing Manager

Responsibilities

  • Act as a leading role on managing the QA/ Testing environment for IT projects
  • Establish testing framework along with policies and procedures and ensure all testing work is undertaken in accordance with the framework and chosen development life cycle
  • Enhance test methodologies that ensure exhaustive testing of all new systems
  • Consolidate analysis and report on quality related issues, including complaint, compliance, and initiate preventive easures and follow up actions for product quality improvement
  • Lead, develop and provide guidance to the respective testing team (business users, vendors)
  • Prepare reports with commentary on regular basis
  • Participate in management projects, audit and other ad hoc assignment

 

Requirements

  • University graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • 8-10 years of related experience in end-to-end testing and test management
  • Experienced in the full test spectrum, including but not limited to, UAT, SIT, Unit Test, Regression.
  • Knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies
  • Prior exposure in using testing tools for test automation and management
  • Prior exposure in Agile testing environment is preferred, but not a must
  • Team management and/or project management experience
  • Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills
  • Detail-minded, positive attitude and willing to take up challenges
  • Good command of English & Cantonese
  • Candidates with immediate availability is preferred
