Job Description

On behalf of our client, a reputed Insurance company is seeking for high caliber candidate for their project needs.  Candidates with experience in front line in Banking or Insurance are welcome.

 

Job Description:

  • Conduct quality review, provide professional opinion and assist Relationship Manager to implement commercial reinforcement initiatives and ensure the enforcement of commercial compliance fulfillment
  • Maintain internal control standards, implement and observe Group Compliance Policy and maintain awareness of operational risk
  • Review applications submitted by customers in branches, check if it complies to company's policies and provide professional opinion. 
  • Provide instant case review feedback to customer 
  • Assisting customers on declaration forms and ensuring all details are submitted properly.

Who will be the right person:

  • Experience - min. 3 years experience in sales, front line in banking and Insurance fields
  • Able to understand sales processes
  • From financial service background
  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese, English and Mandarin
  • Excel skills
