Job Description

Reporting to the QA Manager, the job holder is responsible for supporting implementation and execution of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Compliance programs to ensure the availability of safe, wholesome, and premium quality finished products for our customers.


  1. Conduct product audits on new and existing items to measure compliance to requirements. Summarize data, identify concerns and provide feedback to key stakeholders.
  2. Utilize department procedures to audit and qualify supplier and distributor QA programs to assure that quality, safety and regulatory compliance standards are met. Identify compliance issues and work with suppliers and distributors to resolve problems.
  3. Support investigation and troubleshooting of quality, food safety and regulatory issues arising from partners, customers, retail stores or regulators. Support implementation of corrective actions and procedure improvements to resolve issues.
  4. Compile and report quality metrics on a periodic basis; highlight trends and potential opportunities.
  5. Support continues update on operating procedures & manuals, operational tools and training programs & eLearning materials related to food safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance.
  6. Support project teams to ensure new market openings meet Quality, Product Safety and Regulatory Standards.
  7. Administer on daily QA related documental work.


  • Bachelor Degree in Quality Assurance, Food Safety & Technology
  • 3 yrs relevant working experience in F&B industry
  • Strong in teamwork and cross functions collaboration
  • Candidate with Lean or data analysis experience will be a definite advantage
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Power point and Video-editing
