Job Description

Our client is a well-known banking group in Hong Kong. They provide professional financial services to clients including banking, insurance, financial and other related services.

They are seeking for a high calibre candidate with at least 3 years of experiences in banking and telemarketing to join their Quality & Operation Control team. The job provides wide learning exposure and great career progression.

Our client is a well-known banking group in Hong Kong. They operate in Hong Kong, Macau, and Mainland China. They provide professional financial services to clients including banking, insurance, financial and other related services.

They provide stable working environment and great learning exposure for candidates. They are seeking for a high calibre candidate with at least 3 years of experiences in banking and telemarketing to join their Quality & Operation Control team, to ensure all operation processes are fully compllied with regulations and standards.

Description

  • Prepare operation risk/compliance related reports and complete quality controls and risk assessments in a timely manner
  • Monitor calls and visit branches to ensure quality standard and compliance with regulations
  • Handle customer complaints and provide proper feedback to frontline staff
  • Provide regular training and coaching to frontline staff from control perspective
  • Compile and review operation flows from time to time

Profile

  • Post-secondary education holder with at least 3 years' relevant experience, preferably in banking, telemarketing or customer services related areas
  • Team player and able to work independently
  • Ability to interact with both internal and external business partners
  • Good people management, staff coaching and training skills
  • Good English/Chinese written/spoken skills
