Job Description

  • Form 5 or above within at least 1 year working experiences
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support
  • Handle all incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mails, greet guests / visitors
  • Assist in ad-hoc project and assignment as required
  • Computer literacy, proficient in data entry and clerical works using MS office especially in Excel
  • Good Command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Mature and responsible, good telephone manner with pleasant, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Detail-minded with attention to accuracy
  • Immediate available is preferred
