Job Description

The role…

The role is responsible for the overall management of the Club Reception, supervise the floor, employees and employees-members relations, other duties as required. Supporting the management team as needed.

  • Being available to members to address questions and concerns
  • Respond in courteous, professional, and rapid manner in order to resolve all difficulties
  • To deliver a consistently high standard of customer service within the department
  • To ensure all systems are kept up to the date with accurate information and the Soho House standards are complied with fully
  • Establish and maintain department operating procedures
  • Recruit, train, schedule, supervise and motivate a strong team
  • Create a strong sense of team by fostering collaboration, communication and alignment amongst team members
  • Develop team and individual skills to ensure performance to the highest possible level


What we look for…

  • Posses 4+ years of related working experience in high volume hotel/club/restaurants with 2 years of experience at managerial level
  • A sophisticated communicator with high standards of performance together with excellent communication, problem solving and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and work towards targets in a fast paced environment, whilst being resilient and capable of managing stressful situations
  • A highly organized, efficient and detail oriented leader
  • A proficient user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint
  • A clear communicator both written and verbal in Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) and English
