Our client, a well-established Insurance Company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- To receive or greet any visitors or clients, answer telephone calls, and provide clerical support
- Answer incoming calls on multi-line telephones
- Scanning and imaging documents
- Filing, records keeping, keyboarding/data entry and performing a variety of other office tasks such as sorting and handing out mail
- Keep the lobby area tidy
Requirements:
- Diploma with 5 years or above of experience in doing receptionist or customer service work
- Good command of Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good inter-personal skills
- Calm, courteous and professional manner
- Attentive, well-groomed appearance, initiative, loyalty, maturity, respect for confidentiality and discretion
- Well organized, stable, responsible and hard working
Packages:
- Salary negotiable depending on candidate’s qualifications
- MPF and Employer’s Additional Contribution based on years of service
- Annual leave 15 working days
- 13th month pay
