Job Description


  • Perform daily receptionist duties includes phone calls, meeting arrangement & greet visitors in professional manner
  • Responsible for handling incoming and outgoing mails and parcels, arrange courier service for local and overseas offices
  • Support for general administrative duties and coordinate with service providers for office equipment repair and maintenance.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned by manager



  • With 3 years of relevant experiences
  • Mature and pleasant personality to communicate with all levels
  • English and Mandarin language proficiency
  • Proficiency of MS Office
  • Immediate available is preferable
