Job Description

Our client is an expanding and sizable PRC listed company located in Wanchai area.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Handle general reception duties including greeting visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer in-coming telephone calls and direct these to the relevant departments
  • Manage reservation and usage of conference room, and prevent unauthorized entry 
  • Provide administrative and clerical assistance to the admin department
  • Handle internal and external mail distribution and arrange courier services
  • Assist in ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Associate Degree holder or above
  • Previous experience in office reception and administrative duties highly preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills
  • Good telephone manner
  • Fluent Mandarin and good English mandatory
  • Proficient with MS Office and Chinese typing
  • Immediate availability preferred
