Job Description

The incumbent is responsible for handling telephone calls, greeting visitors and providing office administration support including mailing & courier service, incoming faxes, conference rooms booking, pantry supply ordering and office equipment maintenance.

Key Requirements:

  • Form 7 or above
  • 4 - 5 years solid experience in receptionist role preferably in the Insurance industry / in MNC
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer service oriented and good problem solving skill
  • Self-motivated and a team player
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and conversational Mandarin
  • Proficiency in using MS Excel and Word
