Job Duties
- Perform general reception duties such as handling incoming calls and greeting visitors
- Handle reservation request of the meeting rooms
- Procurement of office supplies
- Pick up and distribute mails
- Provide general office administrative and clerical supports
- Provide support in Frontline Recruitment
- Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the reception and/or office administration function
- Detail-oriented, good organizational and communication skills
- Meticulous, Responsible and good team player
- Immediately available preferred
