Job Description

Job Duties

  • Perform general reception duties such as handling incoming calls and greeting visitors
  • Handle reservation request of the meeting rooms
  • Procurement of office supplies
  • Pick up and distribute mails
  • Provide general office administrative and clerical supports
  • Provide support in Frontline Recruitment
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments and other duties 

 

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in the reception and/or office administration function
  • Detail-oriented, good organizational and communication skills
  • Meticulous, Responsible and good team player
  • Immediately available preferred
