Job Description


  • To handle telephone calls and customer enquiries in a professional manner;
  • To greet and escort all visitors in a professional and courteous manner;
  • To manage the booking of conference rooms;
  • To arrange daily postal/mailing;
  • To co-ordinate with the incoming couriers for the handling of documents for Air Cargo & Sea Cargo;
  • To obtain the quotation and negotiate the price with suppliers;    
  • To arrange/order office supplies and materials, eg: stationery/ pantry materials/ business card/ printing materials;
  • To assist Manager Administration to handle Marketing materials, handle Office Safety & supervise Office Assistant;
  • To distribute and post memo from Building Management Office;
  • To arrange company car parking;
  • To assist in company functions, e.g. Christmas Party, Annual Dinner, etc;
  • To provide general office administration and clerical support;
  • To perform receptionist duties;
  • To liaise with Building Management Office;
  • To arrange carpet cleaning & pest control, supervise the out-sourced office cleaning work;
  • To take up additional assignments/tasks as required to meet with the Company needs.


  • Form 5 graduate or above;
  • At least 2 year experience in Administration duties;
  • Customer-orientated with good telephone manner;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in MS office;
  • Good command of spoken in English and Mandarin;
  • Knowledge on office safety and first-aid an advantage;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
